STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
BOOM: 110’ (33.5), four section, full power, mechanically synchronized boom. High strength, four plate construction welded inside and out with embossed side plate holes to reduce weight and increase strength. Single boom hoist cylinder provides boom elevation of -4 degrees to 76 degrees for easier reeving changes and close radius operation. Quick-reeving boom head; no need to remove wedge from socket.
ENVIRONEMENTAL OPERATIORS CAB: Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI) system including anti-two block system with automatic function disconnects. Deluxe six-way adjustable operator’s seat with air suspension. Sound and weather insulated for comfort. Large glass area provides optimum visibility. Tinted safety glass throughout. Armrest mounted control levers for swing, boom telescope and boom hoist, foot control pedals for accelerator and service brake. Complete instrumentation. Environmentally sealed rocker switches. Circuit breakers in cab. Tachometer, rear axle centering light, and 360-degree house lock standard.
ENGINE: Cummins QSB6.7, Tier-III, 160-HP (119kW) @ 2,500 RPM, 6-cylinder, water=cooled, fuel injected diesel with an intercooled, turbo-charger. The engine controls include one electronic vernier adjustable hand throttle and one foot pedal throttle. There is a 50 gallon (189 liter) fuel reservoir, and heavy duty batteries [(2) 12 volt, 1600 cca].
CARRIER: Rugged easy to maneuver, box type chassis construction, with reinforcing cross members. Range-shift type power-shift transmission with integral torque converter, neutral start, six speeds forward, six reverse. Hydraulic four-wheel power steering for two-wheel, four-wheel or crab steer. Split system air over hydraulic disc brakes on all four wheels. Fully independent hydraulic outriggers available for use fully extended to 22-ft (6.7 m), in their ½-extended position, or fully retracted. With aluminum pads. Tail swing only 11’-6” (3.5 m). Earthmover style 26.50 x 25, 26 P.R. tires.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: High capacity, full flow oil filtration system with a 112 gallon (424 L) capacity reservoir. Three gear pumps driven off the transmission. Combined system capacity is 147 gpm (557 lpm).
HOIST SYSTEM: 496 fpm (151m/min) maximum line speed, 15,639 lb (7,093 kg) maximum line pull. Integral automatic brake. Electronic drum indicators. Grooved drum, tapered flanges, and spring loaded cable roller for improved spooling.
COUNTERWEIGHT: Standard upper counterweight, with auxiliary hoist 13,200 lb (5,942 kg), without auxiliary hoist, 14,200 lb (6,441 kg).
